This isn't an issue about price, it's about space. I want a server that I can stick into a corner and that doesn't take up a lot of space or even requires a large 19" industrial rack.
So what I wonder, did anyone successfully upgrade a macMini with one of these quadCore CPUs?
Would there be thermal problems, or are the heatsink/fans in the MacMini good enough to keep that thing within operating range?
