Free TVs

I need to get rid of a couple TVs, so if you're in the DC area, or can be in the DC area, come by and pick one or both up. I need to get rid of them before I pick up the LCD for the bedroom. The nicer one is a Panasonic CT-27SF25W made in Jan '99 and probably bought by me around then. It has a great 27" picture, has lots of good inputs for SD, except for component. It has composite, svideo, and cable. The other TV is Kat's old Samsung TXB2015, a 20" CRT with cable input, and I think that's it. I haven't turned it on in ages, but Kat's owned it since '96 or so. It was made in Nov '95. You really need to be able to cart these yourself, because I'm not a big fan of helping people carry freebies. :-) I live in the downtown Bethesda area (which most of you already know), and am only available Friday-Sunday. If you can't make it this weekend, the next window is the weekend after the 15th. Otherwise, I'll craigslist them and have Kat offer them up at school. Friends get first dibs, though. Update: They're gone, and while a sane person would delete this entry, well, the answer precedes your question. Post new comment |
