So, first news is, Tiger doesn't suck. The OS is more responsive (at the cost of some smoothness and grace), so they've probably wedged more into the kernel.

Safari 2.0 doesn't suck. In fact, I've stopped using Firefox, for the first time in what, four years? Sheesh.

PithHelmet replaces Adblock, Saft replaces SessionSaver, and my Firefox needs are filled.

Spotlight takes forever to index disk space on a 1.25 ghz G4 pb, and when it's done indexing, it's still slower than Quicksilver (whose keyboard shortcut it usurped) for what I use it for.

Dashboard -- eh.

And Apple sucks butt for claiming a 29 April release date, then dropping a "oh, we're not selling it until 6pm for the extra special we-are-a-community event!" Eat my butt, you make software, not a lifestyle.
