See, I'm looking for a good bar. Ideally, one like E9 or The Swiss in Tacoma, WA (what is it about Tacoma that creates these completely-out-of-character bars for such a plebian blue-collar town?), with scads of handles with beers produced using brewing techniques I've never even heard of.
